10 Miles on the hamster trainer
1400 Meter Swim (300 warm-up, 800 in 13:20, 300 warm-down) Tried to swim hard and fast so that I could watch the BCS game (Roll Tide), but just swam hard. I need to relax when swimming for time! All that effort makes me sink like a rock. :-(

Way to go Berto! Thanks for "holding down the fort". It seems the only consistent training that's been happening on my end is at the table. ;-o I'll get back on the program after returning from Sante Fe on the 4th.
