38 Mile bike ride, including an unfortunate duck incident by the lake... poor ducky... he almost "took me out" but unfortunately I think I returned the favor. :-(
1.5 Mile Run (One-tenth of a half marathon is better than no-tenths.)
1,000 Meters: 800m warm-up in 14:28, 100 kick, 100 catch-up stroke before my 20 minute lane limit at 24 Hr Fitness expired. Still working on the left-side ease of breathing... Coming off the wall, I'm trying to take the first stroke left-handed, with the first and second breath on the left side. This should increase the left-side strength, keeping me from making that nasty overshot of the buoy during races, because of a stronger right-side pull than left.
