12 mile spin on the bike, dodging the mid-40 degree rain drops. The new Look bike is so comfy that it might be hard to get back "down into" the Cervelo aero position in a few months. I may need to take the ol' plastic rocket out for a spin every now and then just to keep in touch.

1 mile trot with no knee pain today. :-)
